A warm welcome awaits you as you enter the hallway at Well Cottage with the living room to your right and carpeted stairs rising to the first-floor landing. A door opens to a second corridor leading to the wonderfully light and modern kitchen/dining space at the back of the house with doors to the pretty courtyard garden and there’s also a handy utility room on this floor.

Living Space
Natural light streams into this wonderful modern space with oak floorboards, feature window and door to the garden to make the most of warmer days and cosy sitting area– ideal for relaxing with family and friends. The fully enclosed west-facing tiered walled garden is beautifully landscaped, laid with a mix of block paving and paving slabs with borders planted with ornamental grasses that whisper in the breeze. There is residents parking on Well Street and one parking permit will be available to guests.
