Grebe House is right in the heart of Horning village, the “Jewel of the Broads” set back just off Lower Street with views across the village green and beyond the river so you still get to see the comings and goings of the village staithe and the boats up and down the river. Modern and welcoming property.
This upside-down house is in a perfect location for you to explore the Broads by river, foot, walking distance from the heart of the village, The Swan pub and the Bure River Cottage Restaurant. This property benefits from having downstairs bedrooms and a small living space for those less able but beautiful view from the upstairs lounge also. A small courtyard garden for those long summer nights, venture to the top of the garden for your views and sunsets at night. Although not right on the riverside, fishing would permitted on the public staithe, perfect for those families with small children also that do not want to be right on the waterside.
