A further small seating area to the side enclosed next to Ham Common.

Holiday park facilities – Please note the park passes are not included in the price of the accommodation. Park passes for entertainment, facilities and on-site restaurants are available to purchase directly from holiday park. Prices are available on request.
Passes can be purchased for durations from Monday to Friday / Friday to Monday / or Saturday to Saturday. Passes can be purchased directly from  reception or up to four weeks in advance (a code is required, issued via Quay Holidays).
Facilities include indoor swimming pool, outdoor seasonal swimming pool (pre-booking required), restaurants, including Papa John’s Pizza and Fish and Chips, amusement arcade, live entertainment lounge, mini-market and launderette. (Park facilities are closed from 4 Nov to 15 March).
Parking – Two car spaces.

Services – Duvets and linen provided including bath and beach towels. Central heating. Hairdryer.

Technology – Flat screen television with DVD player inbuilt and freeview service. Further television in main bedroom. Communal WIFI via holiday park.

Kitchen – Dishwasher, gas oven, gas hob, extractor, fridge / freezer and microwave. (Laundry facilities are available on site at guest cost).

Restrictions – No smoking. No pets.
