On the second floor there is a  double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a spacious sitting room with raised living flame electric fire and French doors opening onto the southerly facing balcony with stunning views across the Marina and out to the estuary.

Parking: Private parking for one car in front of garage. Secure garage for bikes, boards etc. (no access to garage for car).

Kitchen Utilities: ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washer/dryer.

Towels: Included for 2020

High chair and travel cot available.

From time to time the Marina Management Company organise maintenance work to the exterior of the properties which is out of the control of the owners. This is usually done with total discretion with consideration for people staying on the Marina.
